Why you're not losing weight, even when you're doing everything right

When it is worth investigating

If you have been genuinely consistent for 8-12 weeks without progress, a baseline blood panel is sensible. We can arrange thyroid, HbA1c, iron and hormone screening in-house and review results with you in a follow-up appointment.

Weight is rarely just calories in and out. Treating it as a single equation tends to miss the levers that actually move.
